The staff were very helpful nothing was to much .

The room was not good the view was dreadful and also there was a bad smell Also if there was a fire in the lower level would be extremely hard to get out The breakfast was ok it was disappointing to see no fresh fruit

Localization, close to beach. Clean. Nice personel.

Room without sea views have view for corridor. It was not possible to change room without payment for upgrade.

We liked the location, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was really good.

The elevator was small, and sometimes have to wait a while. Sometimes hard to find a parking spot right by the hotel.

I don't know about your perspective on 4 stars, but these were not 4 star conditions. The sheets had stains, the legs of the beds were about to fall, the toilet lid was yellow. When you pay 150 euros for one night, you expect something else.

the staff were very accommodating and made some great suggestions! The food provided was great for vegetarians and even gave a protein. the place is really nice and also clean in general.

my bathroom (hence my whole room) smelled VERY strongly of bleach. Like really bad.

Really enjoyed our stay overall but would hesitate to return

Room size and layout was good. Bathroom v good. Staff friendly and helpful. Both restaurants nearby were v good which was a bonus. 9th floor facilities very nice and generally peaceful

Breakfast time is a bit chaotic especially around the coffee area. Fresh milk would be nice and some English breakfast tea. The palm garden to the left is an eye sore with some of it looking dilapidated. Parking areas need surfacing.

Nice, clean room with good location

The location was great and also the top bar hangout. The bathroom and balcony with a sea view was also nice.

We had booked a room for three, but it was only made up for two; two cups, two glasses, two sets of towels. There was no linen available for the sofa bed on arrival, and the first set we got was only two pillows and a sheet for the mattress so the first night I had to sleep under a blanket with no top sheet, which was both cold and unconfortable. The next day I had to ask two times before we got what we needed. I think that if you book a room that is indicated as suitable for three people, there should be linnen for three beds and everything else should be stocked up for three as well.

Nice stay in Morro Jable

We stayed only for two nights but only because we were making an island tour and did not have more time for Morro Jable. The hotel has a neat location it is very close to the coast and the central area of the town but still quiet. The hotel staff was very friendly I have to emphasize that, we booked last minute actually already at night but still we got our room quickly and without problems. The building is nice and well kept you get what you see in the pictures and more. Kudos to the bartender at the pool on March 30th (unfortunately we did not ask for his name :(), he mixed the best Aperol spritz I have ever had, and probably will have, in my life. For that alone I would visit again :D. We opted for breakfast only. Breakfast was rich and you had a ton of things to choose from, we weren't missing anything. If you want to go to bed early though, I do not recommend the rooms on the first floor, it is right above the pool and you pretty much hear the entertainment program from below and goes till around 11pm if I remember correctly. But then again we booked last minute and I am a little bit of a night owl so we were fine with.

Meals are the least positive point, everything else makes up for it. Very positive feedback.

Very good breakfast and plenty of food/drinks during the day. All the food is well prepared. The price for the "All Inclusive" is a plus compared to other hotels or even nearby islands. The solarium and the 2 jacuzzis were a nice surprise, both on higher floors and delivering us a delightful view over the sea. The staff is always present and very helpful to all guests. Cleaning was also a good surprise and we felt always very secure on leaving some items in the room.

Lack of internal pool. Lunch and dinner, despite being well prepared, are reasonable. Although there was freshly prepared food (grilled), in practice it was always meat. The buffet variety was limited which led us to repeat some meals.

Staff very friendly. Food was lovely and always hot. So clean.

Paid deposit for pool towels and iron €10 each ... plus an extra €2 for each... this was not returned... €2 for each towel to be laundered and €2 for the iron rental per day ... even though I only required for 5 mins! Think this should be reviewed... it's a bit silly and not what I expected In a 4 star hotel

Lovely hotel in a great area.

Lovely location, great beach near by, lots of shops and cafes.. friendly staff. Food was very nice and plenty of it.

Poolside umbrellas were a bit hit and miss.. some needed attention, also some of the sun beds were broken

Staff and service were excellent. Extremely clean everywhere. Drinks measures were generous

Would have preferred a bigger choice of food especially the hot dishes. Would be nice to be able to use rooftop bar for all inclusive not just the pool bar.
